The Table Is a Powerful Image for us at First Presbyterian.
In sitting at table and eating with sinners as well as the righteous, Jesus showed his welcome to all of God’s children and invited each of them to follow him. The table is the place where we gather as the people of God to meet the risen and living Christ in the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. The table reminds us of fellowship, love, and support experienced in meals shared with family and friends. All in all, the table points to the fellowship, discipleship, and spiritual nourishment offered at First Presbyterian Church to strengthen us all for life’s journey. Our Worship Services
